Kelly looks at each project as art and brings a wealth of ideas to each project.  Working alongside her clients to project the image they are looking for, Kelly will plan layouts, choose finishes, furniture & artwork, draft the plans, manage the tendering process and liase between the client and the contractors.

Offering the full scope of Interior Design Services, Urban Studio provides:

1.  Pre‑design research & Programming

• Measure & prepare as‑built drawings of existing space on Cad as needed; and
• Determine needs, spatial requirements & adjacencies

2.  Schematic design services

• Present  layout options for approval

3.  Design development

• Prepare colour and material samples for approval;
• Ensure design meets all building code requirements;
• Finalize plan & construction details; and
• Coordinate with engineering consultants as necessary

4.  Working drawings & Specifications

• Prepare complete interior design drawing set, ready for Building Permit

5.  Project tendering / pricing

• Assist with contractors and pricing; and
• Issue drawings, addendums, facilitate site walk throughs and answer questions as needed

6.  Site review & Contract administration

• Facilitate contractor / client relations including deficiency corrections
